Standard Firearms and Oklahoma Class III Transfers
Benson Firearms does act as a transferring dealer for buyers who purchase guns and class III items from out of state dealers and individuals.
We charge a flat fee of $20 for all title 1 (handguns, rifles and shotguns) transfers to Oklahoma residents.
For class III (title 2) transfers (machineguns, silencers, destructive devices, A.O.W.'s) we charge a flat fee of $50 for each item transferred.
Benson Firearms is licensed and bonded, so rest easy, your expensive collection is safe while awaiting approval from the A.T.F.
Currently, A.T.F. takes approximately 4-6 weeks for a civilian class III approval.
