Machineguns Plus can act as a transferring dealer for buyers who purchase guns and class III items from out of state dealers and individuals.
A flat fee of $25 for each title 1 (handguns, rifles and shotguns) firearm transfers to Oklahoma residents.
For class III transfers: Silencers are $65 each. Machineguns, SBRs, SBSs & AOWs are $100 each.
Destructive Devices are $200.00*.
Currently, A.T.F. approvals exceed 6 - 7 months.

*Certain restrictions apply to the transfer of destructive devices. Contact Machineguns Plus for more information. You must have a valid ( and not expired) drivers license with your actual physical address in order to comply with ATF regulations. Without this proper identification, the transfer will NOT take place.
MACHINEGUNS PLUS WILL NO LONGER TRANSFER ANY FIREARMS FROM RED JACKET FIREARMS IN BATON ROGUE, LOUISIANA INTO THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA. PENDING TRANSFERS ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THIS DECISION.
