Machineguns Plus can act as a transferring dealer for buyers who purchase guns and class III items from out of state dealers and individuals.

A flat fee of $20 for each title 1 (handguns, rifles and shotguns) firearm transfers to Oklahoma residents.

For class III (title 2) transfers (machineguns, silencers, destructive devices, A.O.W.'s) a flat fee of $65 for each item transferred is charged.

Currently, A.T.F. exceeds 90-100 days for a civilian class III approval.
